1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Host CONNECT ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Host CONNECT is a marketplace that connects property owners with short-term rental (STR) service providers.

2. Use of the Platform

You may browse provider profiles, read reviews, and contact providers without creating an account. Account access is required to claim or create a provider profile, manage a listing, save favorites, subscribe to paid plans, or access the provider dashboard and admin tools.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.

3. Provider Listings

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Host CONNECT does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality or legality of any provider's services. A "verified" badge reflects that a provider has submitted supporting documentation and is not a warranty of performance. Any agreement for services is made directly between you and the provider.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscription plans are available to service providers. Billing is handled through Stripe. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Property owners browse, contact providers, and use matching features at no cost.

5. Digital Products

Digital products such as the STR Hosting Agreement Template are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. You receive a personal license to customize the template for your own business.

6. Limitation of Liability

Host CONNECT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any agreement between property owners and service providers and are not liable for the conduct, services, or outcomes resulting from any interaction on the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
