Browsing (no account): When you browse provider profiles, read reviews, or contact a provider, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email, phone, property location, and message — solely to forward your request to the provider. We also log anonymous analytics events (page views and contact clicks) without linking them to an account.

Account holders: If you create an account, we store your email, name, role, and the listing or subscription details you manage. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver your quote request to the provider you contacted.
• To operate your account, listing, subscription, and dashboard.
• To measure traffic and improve the Platform using anonymous analytics.
• To communicate with you about your account or requests.

3. Sharing of Information

We share your quote request details only with the provider you contacted. We do not sell your information. We use trusted processors (such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery) that handle data under appropriate agreements.

4. Data Retention

Contact lead records and analytics events are retained to help providers respond and to improve the Platform. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Account holders can edit profile details from their dashboard. For other requests, contact us.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to account-only data and using row-level permissions. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
