The model is simple: service providers pay to be listed on Host CONNECT, and we rank them by tier and reputation. Property owners and hosts pay nothing to browse, compare, and contact providers — and we take no cut of any work booked through the site. We're a listing service, not a broker.
Why we built it
For years the only way to find a solid co-host, cleaner, or property manager was to post in a Facebook group and hope. You'd ask for recommendations, get a pile of comments, DM a few strangers, and roll the dice. There was nowhere to compare providers side by side, no consistent profiles, no sense of who was actually verified.
Host CONNECT replaces that. One directory, real profiles, ranked by tier and operator reviews — so a property owner can find the right provider in minutes instead of days, and a good provider can get in front of owners who are actively looking.
How we make money
Service providers pay a monthly or annual fee to be listed and ranked. That is the only revenue line.
No referral fees, no commissions on booked work, no kickbacks, no lead charges. Hosts never pay a cent.
Their profile drops to the free Basic tier and they lose paid placement — but the profile stays live so reviews remain accessible.
